What's your job at Fronius?

I’m working in the THT production department – which stands for through-hole-technology. Here, it’s all about delicate repairs, which only trained staff can fulfill. I’m fixing faulty prints from all business units.

What three words would you use to describe your role?

Diverse, functional and precise.

What is on your wish list for the next five years here?

I would like to work in an individual repair team in the electronics department.

What do you like most about shift work?

In the early shift, I have the afternoon off. In the late shift, I use the spare time before noon to go to authorities for instance – which comes in really handy.

How does your personal effort impact Fronius in a positive way?

Since I have a very precise and exact working style, I can integrate these attributes daily and that makes me very happy.
