What's your job at Fronius?

I'm leading the team "Facility Safety Sales and Development Sites" and I'm managing topics related to occupational safety, environmental protection and factory security, e.g., coordination of the occupational health and safety management system and admission control.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

My job is fun and I really like the idea that my work is meaningful – I make sure that industrial accidents are avoided. Every day, I contribute little by little to a safer workplace at Fronius.

What three words would you use to describe your role?

Diverse, challenging and sustainable.

What are your biggest professional challenges?

To win our employees for occupational safety. For me, time management and prioritization.
