You have found a suitable position and would like to apply? With these tips you can prepare yourself optimally:

  • Completeness: For us, a thorough written application means a covering letter, CV, and certificates.
  • Authenticity is key: Be yourself. Highlight your technical knowledge, experience, and personality – it’s the best way of finding out whether we’ll be a good match for each other.
  • Preparation is everything: Prepare for your job interview and read the respective advertisement carefully.

As an international company, we are often in the public spotlight. Our actions have an impact. We therefore want to create a uniform and coherent external image. Our Fronius values help us to do this. And it is precisely these that we have re-illustrated in 2023 and present in detail for the first time in Power issue no. 11. We also sent some of our employees into the spotlight - at the presentation of our new clothing-collection. And to create the perfect (light) arc in terms of content, we let it all shine in terms of welding processes.

If there is currently no job advertisement that fits your profile, please email an expression of interest to recruitment.australia@fronius.com at any time. We look forward to your e-mail! 

If you are interested in an internship with us, simply look at our career portal and enter  "Internship" as the type of employment.

If you already know exactly where you would like to gain experience, please keep an eye on our career portal: We are constantly advertising topic-related (professional) internships and also award internships for theses.

Once we have received your application, it will be examined in detail by our HR specialists. You will hear back from us once this process is complete. Since we know that every application involves a lot of hope and effort, we strive to provide timely feedback.

You are not sure whether we have received your application? Don't worry - you will receive an email from hr-noreply@fronius.com confirming receipt of your application.

If it is a job match and you start with us, you can sign your employment contract in advance or on the first day of work. It is important to us that all your questions are answered, which is why we personally discuss the contract with you.

We want you to find your way around quickly and to feel comfortable in your new team. 

That's why we have a great induction and onboarding program where you have a mentor at your side from day one who supports you comprehensively: He or she guides you through the company, introduces you to the most important contacts from other departments, informs you about our health and wellbeing practices and helps you with the time recording system, procurement of office supplies and much more.

Further training for our team is very important to us. When you are part of the Fronius team, you benefit from several great opportunities to learn and expand your personal and professional skill sets.
