Fronius Wattpilot
Designed to move.

The electric car charging solution that always provides the cheapest charging
Whether at home or on the move, with a PV system or not: the Fronius Wattpilot charges your customers' electric cars more flexibly and intelligently than ever before.
The Fronius Wattpilot comes in two versions and power categories:
- Home – the fitted charger for use at home.
Power categories: 11 kW and 22 kW
Mounting: hanging upright indoors or outdoors, fitted
- Go – the transportable solution for when you're on the road
Power category: 22 kW
Mounting: hanging upright indoors or outdoors, detachable and portable
Both versions offer sustainable charging with solar power or green electricity from the grid and help you and your customers to slow down climate change a little bit.
It's about e-mobility that drives us all forward. Fronius Wattpilot. Designed to move.

Two charging modes for flexible e-mobility
Your customers can charge their vehicles to suit their needs. The Fronius Wattpilot offers two charging modes which can be selected directly on the electric car charger or via the Fronius Solar.wattpilot app:

Eco Mode
The preferred mode for PV system owners. It ensures that the vehicle is charged – if available – with self-generated solar power or the cheapest mains current.
Next Trip Mode
Next Trip Mode is for those who want to reliably charge their electric car to cover a specific journey – a certain number of kilometres – by a specific time. The Fronius Wattpilot reliably and intelligently charges the required amount. If available, surplus PV power from your own PV system is used or the cheapest mains current.
It doesn't get cheaper than this: Charge using your own solar power
If your customers are PV system owners, they'll already be benefiting from the environmental and economic advantages of generating their own energy. As electric car owners, they can significantly increase their potential savings with the Fronius Wattpilot.
This electric car charger can make optimal use of any surplus energy from the PV system to sustainably charge the vehicle at virtually no cost.
The benefits: your customers save while they charge and make optimum use of their PV system so that it pays for itself faster.
• PV surplus • Electric car
Dynamic Load Balancing for optimal power distribution
With Dynamic Load Balancing, the amount of self-generated solar power available from your customer’s own photovoltaic system as well as the maximum household load connected to the grid is optimally used: your customers can charge up to three electric cars at the same time and in an energy-optimised manner with one system. The energy produced by the photovoltaic system as well as the household consumption are taken into account. This not only saves high connection costs, but also effectively avoids load peaks. The energy required can be precisely controlled and therefore is dynamically distributed among the vehicles being charged.

Solar.wattpilot – the app for the charger
As flexible as the charging solution itself – your customers can control the Fronius Wattpilot with ease from their smartphones or tablets:
- Easy commissioning of the Fronius Wattpilot
- Clear display of all charging data
- Select a charging mode anytime, anywhere
- Change settings with just a click
- Software updates made easy
